Today I would like to talk about when your peace is threatened.  One thing we all have to remember is that no matter who we are, no matter how little or how much money we have, no matter who our friends are, no matter what type of family we have, no matter how good life may be, we will all face problems and trials in our life.  Some of these trials we bring on ourselves by not listening or following instructions or doing what was right to begin with, and some we just have no control over.  Either way, how we respond to these situations makes all the difference in the world.  When a situation comes about that threatens your peace, how do you respond? Keeping in mind that we don’t control the situation, however we control our reaction, God wants us even in the mist of the storm to always keep our cool, respond out of love and peace, but not to continue to think on the situation at hand.  This is where your faith comes in.  When you are able to get hit with trial after trial but yet keep your thoughts on things that are good and pure and have your faith remain in Jesus knowing that he can handle of the situation and all you have to do is turn it over to HIM, then no matter what, you will always have your peace. Lets face it, it’s much easier to live in peace than in turmoil.
